I really love this cake and btw... I don't often use words like "love" when speaking of one of my cakes. lol This cake eventually sported a 50th anniversary cake topper... but I don't have that photo available.
The beads and leaves are fondant covered in luster dust... the roses are simply white fondant. Very simple and elegant. Why I don't normally like to recreate the same cake twice... I think this piece of artwork might be the exception. :)

Silver Wedding Anniversary Cake
The cake topper on this anniversay cake came from the couple's original wedding cake! I added fondant hearts painted with silver pearl dust to give the cake a touch of silver. Had a lot of fun making this cake... I think all-white cakes are my favorite to create and I don't get asked to do that all that often.
Here's a photo of the cake before it left my kitchen. I always try to snap a couple shots at home, just in case I miss the chance later!
The top tier of this cake is 6" and bottom tier is 9". The perfect size for a small anniversary party!
