Super delicious birthday cookies

This personal cake class requested by my ex basic cupcakes deco student...just to brush up on her cake decorating skill...I was a bit reluctant to coach her on this cake making and decorating class as I myself is not really good and still have a lot to learn..but when Jaja insisted..emm I just dont know how to say 'no' to this very ambitious and hardworking young lady..we spent few hours, starting from mixing the ingredient for moist choc cake..baking ,making the buttercream and then decorate the 1.5 kg cake..I wish I could teach her more on how to smoothen up the buttercream at the side of the cake..but unfortunately Jaja has to rush back to fetch her sister in KL before bukak puasa time..Jaja said that she is happy with the result and she loves her cake so much..and that's enough to make me smile and sigh..as the feeling is reciprocal..

Class on 31st July,attended by Heeda,Fazillah,Ayu Syafiqa and Noor Idayu..Last class held before the beginning of Ramadhan..and Insyaallah ,the next class will only be 2 weeks after Hari Raya..Everyone were so excited to attend the class as all of them wish to bake their own cupcakes for the coming Hari Raya..Timakasih pada semua yg sudi join this class..

Class on 25th July,attended by Ziti Aida,Yuha,Puan Roslina and her daughter,Sara.Class ni pun best..everybody were so excited to learn baking and cupcakes decorating and could see that they are very happy each time we completed a design..Thanks to all for participating in this class..

Class on 10th July attended by Diana from Cheras and Eliza from Puchong..Class yg kecoh dan riuh eventhough with only 2 students...Rasa amat lega when they told me that they are so happy dan teruja..Thank u so much to Diana and Eliza coz sudi join my class..

Class on 4th July,attended by Syarezza,Jasmin and my ex-colleague during stewardess time,Suhaiza..I enjoyed this class soooo much..All of them are very sporting and happy go lucky kinda person..Time flies..and for all we know,it is already 5.30pm..and time for mummy Sya to go back and breast-feed her baby,for Jasmin to return home and attend to her daughter who was having high fever..and for Suhaiza to fetch her son from her sister who babysit him while mummy struggles with piping bag and fondant dough..hehe..

I would like to say thank u to all of u for joining this class,may all the baking and cupcakes decorating knowledge that I share will benefit you all in so many ways..

We bake and eat and decorate and eat..and eat..and eat..hehe..can u see the 'cucur badak' in the centre there..

Class 27th June,attended by Kak Aini.... all the way from Penang,Fara..tauke cheese brownies,carrot walnut cake..yummy..yummy..check out her blog..Moxchu's Freshly Bake,Norul Shuhaida from Klang and Ina from Shah Alam..Kelas yg bessstt..sporting semua..Alhamdulillah,everything turn up well eventhough I was a bit exhausted after completed my large order 1 day before that....But anyway..like I always said in my previous entry...'hope that u all enjoy the class as much as I do...'Thanks to all of u for joining the class..
