Cake lovers everywhere will converge at the 2005 Annual ICES Convention being held in New Orleans, LA at the Downtown Marriott Hotel July 28-31. If you've never been to an ICES convention, it's a veritable who's who in cake decorating. You won't want to miss Roland Winbeckler's 3-D Figure Piping demo or Colette Peter's Fantasy Cakes class.
