Easter Basket Cupcake

Sweet little bird's nests filled with jelly beans. To make the nests, melt marshmallows in the microwave. Fold in Chinese noodles. Butter your fingers and shape into a bird's nest. Top with jelly beans to complete the nest. Kyrie placed her's atop carrot cake cupcakes.
