This is my last round of Christmas bake for the year - our own home-made Christmas log cake. I was deciding whether I should make an all brown or all white log cake. My son is still not fully recovered from his cough, so I decided to make a white one with some edible chocolate decorations on the side.Thank God for today's cooling weather because it makes the whipped cream easier to spread. I wasted the first 200g of fresh cream because I over whipped it. Now I've learnt from my own mistake.
I enjoyed the process of decorating very much. It's like doing up a 3D art sculpture...quite therapeutic.
