I've been tagged by Small Small Baker. This is the first time I'm doing this. The most difficult part for me is thinking of 5 bloggers to tag. I hardly know other bloggers and rarely make myself known as I seldom make comments :P. I'm a very shy person, that's why the name Mimosa's Diary.

Five facts about myself:
1. I'm very new to blogging, only since October 2007. The reason I started my blog was because I did not want to be "Anonymous" when I left a comment in Small Small Baker's blog about Japanese Cheesecake.
2. I get most of my baking supplies from Phoon Huat at Holland Village Branch near my office.
3. I get most of my baking motivation from attending classes conducted in the CCs because their charges are the cheapest. So far the CCs that I have attended are Choa Chu Kang CC and Nee Soon Central CC. At the moment I'm not attending any.
4. I'm using a Techno Gas build in oven which has served me for 12 years. The only pity about this oven is that it does not have a "upper heat only" element for baking Kueh Lapis. My Kenwood Chef mixer has been with me since 1999.
5. Recently, I bought a Sony T20 digital camera, just so I can take better photos to post in my blog.
