Since my children could not get enough of pandan chiffon cake last week, I have decided to make this cake again. I wanted to see if the sides of my cake will turn out better looking. True enough, as you can see from the photo, the sides of the cake was better browned than the previous one. I did not wait for the cake to be completely cooled before I cut it. As a result, the cake surface was still wet and the sliced cake looked out of shape .
