Initially I had wanted to use these moulds to make steam cakes. One blog reader asked me if they can be used to make jellies. So I've decided to try them out myself. The result was better than what I've expected. What I have used was a premix pudding powder pack.
For these 2 puddings, I have added a bit of strawberry paste into the pudding mixture. The dark pink colour turned out quite nice! But the impressions of the pig and the mouse were not so obvious. If I ever do these puddings again, I shall improve on it.
