I made these adorable little Easter cupcakes for my co-workers on Good Friday. They were a cinch - I whipped up the cupcakes and then topped them with shredded coconut that I dyed with green food coloring. A few mini Cadbury Robin's Eggs finished them off perfectly.I hope your Easter is filled with lots of good food, time with family, Easter egg hunting and celebrating what today is all about - Jesus' resurrection.
