Here's how she turned out! The photos taken at the event turned out a lot better than those shot in my kitchen. We had a "Wanna Get Away?" theme and each table host decorated their tables a different way. I opted to create a centerpiece that was edible, since that's what I do! lol 
Everything is edible except the tree leaves. I cheated and used tissue paper. All the starfish and shells were made using a candy mold, but are fondant made, as are the hand shaped coral pieces, the trees and the woman resting on the beach.
The sand is made using crushed Vanilla Wafer cookies. Pretty cool huh? The taste compliments a vanilla cake very well to boot!
