I promise this will be the last time I mention my mum's 50th!! (At least until she turns 50 again next year..)
My mum had her "Fabulously 50th" Cocktail Party this weekend. She hired a bartender to serve the cocktails, and a band to sing songs that she liked, and even a caterer to cook and pass around the food. It was a great night!!
I probably went a little overboard with all the cake that I made.
2 Tier Cake.
Bottom Tier - Chocolate Mud, with a thin chocolate ganche layer and a thin fondant layer.
Top Tier - Vanilla cake, with a thin chocolate ganache layer, and a chocolate collar.
