I've gone from baking up a storm, to working outside the home and finding literally no time to bake at all! What's a cake decorating loving mom of 2 active (and crazy) kids to do? lol
In a couple of weeks I'll be sharing my talents with a group of 4th graders at a local church and believe it or not I'm actually feeling somewhat stressed about this. I've never demonstrated anything, never taught a class, and I don't really even like people watching me work. So... this should be interesting!
At the same time, it will be one of the only chances left in the year for me to play in buttercream. I sooo love playing! We'll be making ribbons and basic decorations. I'm praying they don't ask me to make roses though... it's been years since I've made a buttercream rose. Seriously!
