Last month we announced that Casey's Cupcakes would be adding a new location in Laguna Beach. According to the press release below, they will be opening Valentine's Day. This is perfect timing as Casey's Cupcakes is also set to appear on Cupcake Wars on February 22.

(January 19, 2011) – Casey’s Cupcakes located at the historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, Calif. is pleased to announce an expansion to a second location in Laguna Beach. Opening on Valentine’s Day, Casey Reinhardt, the daughter of Kelly and Duane Roberts, owners of The Mission Inn, was inspired by her great-grandmother’s homemade cupcakes and now brings the delicious flavors of her childhood to the shores of Laguna Beach.
The newest outpost of Casey’s Cupcakes will be located at 303 Broadway, Suite 108 in Laguna Beach, California. The intimate 931 square foot space takes design inspiration from a classic Parisian café with a glamorous Hollywood twist. Incorporating bright splashes of pink with classy black accents and whimsical accessories, Casey’s is sure to be a preferred spot to relax and enjoy a delightful cupcake, or the perfect place to pick up treats for the next birthday or office party.
